We’ll start with a friendly chat, either over the phone or face-to-face—whatever suits you best. This is your chance to get to know Jay and for him to understand your culture, hopes, and dreams for the big day.

Step Two: Quote and Scope
After the discovery chat, Jay will provide a quote and outline his role in your wedding and planning process so everything is clear and tailored to your needs.

Step Three: Let the Planning Begin
Once you’ve booked Jay, he takes on all the legalities, removing that burden from you. Throughout the lead-up to your wedding, Jay continues to learn about you both, building a ceremony that reflects your unique bond.

Step Four: Pre-Wedding Check-In
During the week of your wedding, Jay will meet with you again to discuss the ceremony and ensure everyone is on the same page. This will help keep any nerves at bay and ensure a flawless day.

Step Five: The Big Day
Jay will bring everything required, including a PA system, to ensure all your guests see, hear, and enjoy the ceremony. He adds a warm and genuine touch, creating a ceremony that feels as you imagined.
